Disco Volante is powered by the same 4.7-liter V8 engine as the 8C Competizione. The engine produces 450 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. The Disco Volante can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 182 mph. The Disco Volante is built using a combination of carbon fiber, aluminum, and steel. The car weighs just 3,100 pounds, which is significantly lighter than the 8C Competizione.
