Koenigsegg Regera is a limited-production plug-in hybrid grand touring sports car manufactured by Swedish automotive manufacturer Koenigsegg. It was unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show and began production in 2017.
The Regera is powered by a 5.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 1,100 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque. This engine is mated to a three-speed Koenigsegg Direct Drive transmission, which eliminates the need for a clutch or a traditional gearbox. The Regera also has three electric motors that produce a combined output of 707 horsepower and 670 lb-ft of torque.
Regera has a combined output of 1,807 horsepower and 1,408 lb-ft of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds and has a top speed of 270 mph.
