Nissan Tsuru is a compact car that was produced by Nissan Mexicana from 1974 to 2017. It was based on the Datsun B110, and it was sold in Mexico, Central America, and South America. The Tsuru was available in both sedan and hatchback body styles. The 2004 Nissan Tsuru was powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine that produced 110 horsepower. It was mated to a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic transmission. The Tsuru was not available with any safety features, such as airbags or anti-lock brakes.
Nissan Tsuru was a basic and affordable car that was popular in Mexico and other developing countries. It was not sold in the United States or Canada.
The Nissan Tsuru was discontinued in 2017 due to low sales and safety concerns. It was replaced by the Nissan Versa.
