The Voyage was powered by a 1.6-liter air-cooled engine that produced 80 horsepower. It was paired with a four-speed manual transmission.
The Voyage was a popular car in Brazil, and was in the country in 1987, 1988, and 1989. It was also exported to other countries in South America, as well as Europe and Africa.
Volkswagen Voyage was discontinued in 1996, and was replaced by the Volkswagen Polo Classic.
