Volvo S80 is a full-size luxury sedan that was produced by Volvo from 1998 to 2021. The 2011 model was the second generation of the S80, and it was introduced at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show. The 2011 S80 was available with a variety of engine options, including a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine, and a 3.2-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine. The S80 was available with either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
The S80 was praised for its luxurious interior, comfortable ride, and safety features. It was also a relatively fuel-efficient car. The S80 was a commercial success for Volvo, selling over 100,000 units worldwide. S80 was replaced by the third-generation S90 in 2017. The S90 is a more modern and sophisticated car, but it still retains many of the same qualities that made the S80 so popular.
